Enjoy the MotoGP circuit experience, a Koala experience as well as the Penguin parade in their native setting. Bus is Departing the Hotel at 08:00 with an evening return, there is a possibility of a second coach if numbers allow. The late return is due to the lateness of the Penguin parade. includes entry to all attractions with Lunch avaliable to purchase during the day.
A unique convention only coin will be minted in limited numbers, once gone that’s it - no more. featuring aspects of Region 8 and Melbourne, this will be one to treasure.
Enjoy a tranquil day among our Australian native animals with in a natural enviornment that is Heallesville Sanctuary Departing the Hotel at 9:00am. Includes Transfers, and entrance to the sanctuary. Lunch is avaliable to purchase at the sanctuary.

August 19th and 20th 2026
Number of Hire Bikes is limited to 30
Leaving the Hotel by Coach and travelling to Eaglerider on Wednesday, we will collect bikes and head off to Rosebud, Sorrento and the ferry to cross the bay to find our remaining 7 stations. Enjoying the GOR and flowing country roads before joining the traffic and returning to the hotel.
Our Thursday group will depart directly from the hotel and do the trip in the reverse direction, returning the bikes to Eaglerider and coaching it back to the hotel.
Cost of the ride will depend on your needs

Bike hire - Eaglerider Convention rates - Quote for bike and billing will be sent seperately
Gear hire?
Lunch - At one of the cafes along the way at your expense
If you are providing your own bike there is no hire charge
Pillions are welcome as are support vehicles (all qualify for a patch and certificate.
