Wednesday August 19th

  • 08:00 to 22:00 Executive Board Meeting - level 1 Board Room

  • 07:00 - Australia Ride Starting at EagleRIder (Hire bike riders will be to Eaglerider)

  • 15:00 to 18:00 Registration (First Floor Desk)

Friday August 21st

  • 08:00 to 18:00 Registration (First Floor Desk)

  • Self Guided tours on Melbourne, Museums, Laneways and other attractions

  • Social Gathering, dinner and entertainment - Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor

  • 08:00 to 22:00 Executive Board Meeting - level 1 Board Room

  • 08:00 - Board Coach for excustion to Healesville Sanctuary

Thursday August 20th

  • Executive Board Meeting - Free Day to Ride or enjoy

  • 08:00 to 18:00 Registration (First Floor Desk)

  • 07:00 - Australia Ride ending at EagleRIder (Hire bike riders will be bused back to Hotel)

  • 08:00 - Board Coach for excustion to Phillip Island

Saturday August 22nd

  • 08:00 Annual Business Meeting - Junior Ballroom, 1st Floor

  • 12:00 to 16:30 - Dependant on ABM completion - Free time

  • 16:30 - 23:00 Formal Banquet Dinner - Grand Ballroom, 1st Floor

Sunday August 23rd

  • 07:00 - 10:00 Farewell Breakfast

Thank you for joining us for the 2026 Convention, Please Note - Entries on the Agenda are subject to change dependent on Bookings and requirements. The Healesville and Phillip Island tours, currently there are only 12 seats left on each of these tours. For those wishing to do the AUSTRALIA ride on a hire bike, Thursday is full booked and only 2 places are open on the Wednesday. All with access to a bike are welcome to join either day.
